After more than 20 years in the beauty industry, I've experienced what it means to build a business as both an independent hairstylist and a salon owner.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to build my own clientele, mentor talented artists, and lead a team. Each experience has shaped my belief that creativity, independence, and genuine collaboration are essential to a fulfilling career in beauty.
The vision for Ninette has always been rooted in that belief. Today, the studio reflects that original intention: a thoughtfully curated space where independent beauty professionals can build their own businesses while enjoying the connection, inspiration, and energy of a shared environment.
