To get the most out of your experience, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. If you’re a new guest, please complete your Client Intake Form online beforehand

To make the most of your experience, we recommend prepping your hair based on the service you're booked for. Proper prep helps us deliver the best results while making your time in the chair seamless and stress-free.

Metered street parking is available as well as limited free spaces in the back of the studio.

For the maximum comfort of all of our guests, we kindly ask you to come alone to your appointment.

Although we highly encourage productivity, please limit phone calls and meetings during scheduled services. We ask that you use headphones if needed and refrain from being on speaker.

Please notify the studio with more than 24hrs in advance to your scheduled services in order to avoid any cancellation / no-show fees. You may cancel online through our booking software or by contacting the studio directly. If outside of our regular working hours, please leave a voicemail or text (786)953-6667.
