New Talent
For newly licensed stylists ready to build a strong foundation with structured guidance.
We start with a 2-month paid internship where you’ll get hands-on exposure to our systems, culture, and client care approach. Based on performance and alignment, you may be invited to join our Ninette Training Program, an immersive, by-invitation-only track designed to accelerate your growth.
You'll shadow seasoned stylists, receive weekly coaching, and build technical confidence before taking guests on your own. This is where you go from licensed to thriving.
Rising stylist
For stylists in the early stages of client-building, ready to grow inside a structured, supportive system.
You're either coming out of our Training Program or have some experience under your belt. You’ll begin building your client list with full support, mentorship, and business coaching, so you can confidently grow your guest retention, timing, and service mix.
This level includes:
Monthly coaching & performance reviews
Tiered goals for service and retail benchmarks
Continued education + feedback loop
Promotion pathway to Expert Stylist based on growth & retention

For artists with solid technical skills and partial to full books, ready to scale their business.
At this level, you're consistently delivering strong service results and growing client retention. You’ll have more flexibility, priority booking, and opportunities to refine your niche. Leadership potential starts here, and we’ll help you lean into it.
This level includes:
Business-building strategy support
Goal setting for advanced technical mastery or specialization
Access to premium education options
Coaching toward leadership or mentor tracks

For senior stylists with a full book, strong retention, and leadership mindset.
You’re a role model on the floor; calm, consistent, and technically sharp. This level includes higher earning potential, team mentoring opportunities, and potential leadership roles depending on business needs.
This level includes:
Elevated pricing and booking priority
Client demand metrics for sustainability
Mentorship of Level 1 stylists (optional)
Potential for education or in-house leadership opportunities
Studio Coordinator (Front Desk)
The heartbeat of our guest experience.
This isn’t just a front desk job — it’s a key position that keeps our day-to-day running smoothly and beautifully. As Studio Coordinator, you'll manage client flow, bookings, communication, and team support. You’re the first and last point of contact for every guest, and that makes you essential.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Personable, calm, and confident under pressure
- Obsessed with organization and great with systems
- Eager to grow into beauty business operations
- Passionate about supporting both clients and creatives
Responsibilities include:
- Managing booking and service flow
- Retail + Online sales
- Inventory checks and light merchandising
- Coordinating with stylists and leadership
- Light social content capture
Growth opportunities include assistant management roles and training in salon business systems.

Not every role needs a full-time chair. At Ninette, we also collaborate with specialty artists, creative pros who bring something bold and beautiful to the table, often for events, content shoots, or off-site bookings. If you're a freelancer with a niche, we’d love to hear from you.
Styling Specialist (freelance)
For the artist who just loves to “do the hair.”
This role is ideal for stylists passionate about casual or formal event styling, bridal hair, or content shoot prep. You’ll work both in-studio and on location; helping our clients feel confident, elevated, and camera-ready.
We’re looking for experienced, reliable stylists with strong finishing skills, availability on weekends, and a calm, professional presence on-site.
makeup artist (freelance)
The cherry on top to any great look.
If flawless application is your art form, we want you on our freelance roster. You’ll support weddings, editorial projects, studio shoots, and special events both in and out of the studio.
This is a great fit for artists who:
Are confident in both natural and glam applications
Work well on collaborative sets
Are passionate about enhancing natural beauty without overpowering it
Weekend availability and on-location readiness are key.
