CEO / HAIRSTYLIST

@LA_NINETTE_

Hello, I’m Giannina Montanari, also known as La Ninette. I’m the proud owner and founder of Ninette Hair Studio, a certified sustainable boutique hair studio in the heart of Miami—a city that thrives on diversity and a love for life.

My journey began in Caracas, Venezuela, where I was immersed in a world of art and beauty, influenced by my talented painter mother. At age 9, my family moved to the United States, and I found myself navigating the challenges of being a young immigrant. Despite losing my community and artistic expression, my parents' entrepreneurial spirit and resilience became my guiding lights.

At 19, I discovered my passion for the beauty industry while working as a receptionist at a hair salon. This career allowed me to blend my love for creativity with the joy of helping others feel their best. While working full-time as a hairstylist, I pursued my dream of studying business and earned a BBA in Marketing from Florida International University, graduating summa cum laude.

Ninette Hair Studio was born from my vision to break away from industry standards and create a space where stylists could thrive in a supportive, eco-friendly environment. We are a proud member of Green Circle Salon, recycling beauty waste to help clean oceans, make bicycles, and generate clean energy. Our commitment to sustainability reflects our dedication to making a positive impact on the planet.

I’m passionate about mentoring new talent, especially freshly graduated cosmetology students. At Ninette, I’m a coach and mentor, helping our team build successful, fulfilling careers.

Beyond my professional life, I’m married to the most amazing man and the proud mom of Leonardo. Our family is completed by our sweet cat, Tiger. Together, we embrace a life of creativity, love, and eco-conscious living.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Welcome to Ninette Hair Studio, where we empower every life we touch through the power of personal expression and sustainable beauty practices.
